must be non-stop, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Also
due to the nature of maintaining a call center, high quality answering
service features are necessary.
The server was constructed on the following environment:
- Clustering structure by HP MC/ServiceGuard
- 3-layer architecture with Tuxedo at the core
As for our support, we provided
1) benchmarking of the structure and performance at the early stage, and
2) planning, designing, and testing in the latter stage.

| support details: |
Due to the maintenance cost of the client's business expanding
nationwide a web based system was necessary.
Even though no adequate Intranet development environment existed
at that time,
we succeeded in securing sufficient quality by placing Tuxedo at
the core of
the application and utilizing horizontally layering architecture
for the application layer.
As for our support, we designed the architecture, standardization
of using Tuxedo, and construction for the application / database server.
